We hope you love and enjoy our products, however due to the nature of some of our products we DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges on our eyelashes, beauty blenders, eyelash/brow brushes and lip products due to the nature of the products and hygiene reasons.
Please allow 3-5 working days before shipping .
All shipment of products will be tracked.

We are not responsible for any damage after your parcel has left the post office. If you have any concerns regarding damage to a product, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate and do our best to find a solution.
Please ensure you enter your correct shipping address as any errors will be unable to be corrected after shipping has been sent. It is your responsibility to ensure all details are checked before processing payment.
