How to use
- Apply any primer product you use
- Apply your foundation, whether it’s a powder, liquid, or cream.
- Apply a concealer if you use one.
- Press the Velvet Puff into the loose powder, then dab the puff into the powder, hen using a gentle tapping motion, press the powder onto your under-eyes.
- When applying the powder on areas like the corner of your nose, you can fold the powder puff in half so it’s easier to use.
- As with all setting powders, apply after any creamy formulas, including cream blush.
